  1. SPONSOR
    This giveaway is sponsored by Freakin’ Unbelievable Burgers (“Sponsor”).
  2. ELIGIBILITY
    The giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry. Employees of Freakin’ Unbelievable Burgers, as well as their immediate family members and persons living in the same household, are not eligible to participate or win.
  3. GIVEAWAY PERIOD
    Entries will be accepted beginning on Monday, June 15th 2026 and ending Wednesday, June 17th 2026.
  4. HOW TO ENTER
    To enter, visit any participating Freakin’ Unbelievable Burgers location and complete an official entry form.

• No purchase is necessary to enter or win.
• Limit one (1) in person entry per person per day.
• Multiple entries submitted on the same day by the same individual may be disqualified.
• Incomplete, illegible, or fraudulent entries are void. If selected winner does not claim prize in a timely manner, another eligible winner will be selected.

5. PRIZE
One (1) winner will receive tickets to the Detroit Tigers baseball game scheduled for Friday, June 19th, at 6:40 p.m. ET.

Approximate retail value of the prize will depend on seat location and ticket pricing.

Prize is non-transferable, has no cash value, and may not be substituted except at Sponsor’s sole discretion.

6. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION
One winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted by Sponsor on Thursday, June 18th by 12:00 p.m. ET.

The winner will be contacted using the information provided on the entry form. If the selected winner cannot be reached, is ineligible, or fails to respond within the timeframe specified by Sponsor, an alternate winner may be selected.

7. TICKET DELIVERY
Tickets will be delivered electronically through the MLB Ballpark mobile application.

The winner must have or create an MLB Ballpark account capable of accepting ticket transfers.

Sponsor is not responsible for technical issues, account problems, or inability of the winner to receive transferred tickets.

8. RELEASE OF LIABILITY
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Freakin’ Unbelievable Burgers, its owners, employees, agents, and representatives from any liability, injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in the giveaway or acceptance or use of the prize.

Sponsor is not responsible for game postponements, rain delays, cancellations, venue changes, or any other circumstances beyond its control that may affect the event.

  1. PUBLICITY
    Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use the winner’s name, likeness, and hometown for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
  2. GENERAL CONDITIONS
    Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the giveaway, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.
  3. NO AFFILIATION
    This giveaway is sponsored solely by Freakin’ Unbelievable Burgers and is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with the Detroit Tigers, Major League Baseball (MLB), Facebook, Instagram, or any of their respective affiliates.
  4. GOVERNING LAW
    This giveaway is governed by the laws of the State of Michigan. Any disputes arising from this giveaway shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of Michigan.
