What you need:

Single Unit

  • Minimum $100,000 liquid
  • Minimum $250,000 net worth

Area Development

  • Minimum $250,000 liquid
  • Minimum $750,000 net worth

 

Stats:

  • Franchise Fee $40,000
  • Estimated Initial Investment $307,850-$696,000
  • Royalties 4%
  • Marketing (shared production): 1%
  • Building- 1,500-4,000 sq. ft. existing Free Standing, End Cap, or in-line concession-style unit.


Support:
Whether you are a seasoned restaurateur or new to the game, Freakin’ Unbelievable Burgers has the support you need to make your franchise successful.

Operations:

  • You’ll receive a copy of our confidential operations manual.
  • Full support before, during and after opening your restaurant.
  • Opening: We’ll support you during your opening with our Freakin’ Opening Training Team.
  • Training: You will receive 6 weeks of pre-opening training for your key operator and manager as well as a copy of our training manual to use at your location.
  • Operations: A designated consultant will work with you to improve operations as well as profitability.

In addition to an incredible concept and unbelievable burgers, we have developed systems that will enable you to track and improve your profitability, these systems include:

  • Scheduling software to easily create schedules by way of historical sales data.

  • Food inventory software with an ideal food cost which tracks food item variances.

  • Sales and labor reporting emailed to you daily.

  • Monitor item profitability to measure your most profitable menu items.

  • Invoices for main distributor are automatically input into inventory program saving hours of labor per week.

  • Electronic communications log to securely communicate to management team.

  • P&L software to monitor your ongoing costs and profitability both weekly and monthly.
